Software
ARKfit™
ARKfit includes a component that performs automatic fitting adjustments for PARAGON™ Digital hearing instrument parameters based on targets generated by a fitting algorithm. A rudimentary fitting application is also included that can be used as a starting point in the creation of fitting software.
The inputs to the ARKfit component are a set of target frequency responses at different input levels and a selected ARK product component. The algorithm then adjusts the product component's parameters to fit the specified targets. The example fitting application includes an audiogram entry tool, an implementation of the FIG6 fitting algorithm, support for CORFIG transforms and the ability to transfer fitting parameters to the Interactive Data Sheet.
In order to use ARKfit, you must have ARKbase installed. It is also recommended that you use the latest version of ARKbase.
The source code for the example application is available in the ARKfit SDK and is intended to be used by our customers' software developers to assist them in designing their own fitting software.
