Software
Before using this site please familiarize yourself with the ARK concept and the Gennum DSP product design flow. Required documentation is available on product specific Technical Documentation pages. It is highly recommended to review Data Sheet and product specific "Getting Started with..." document.
To get started with configuring of the Digital products, please download and install the ARKbase™ software package on your personal computer. This package includes applications such as the Interactive Data Sheet, which is an excellent evaluation tool to familiarize yourself with a chosen product.
Once you have downloaded and installed ARKbase™, you can begin configuring your own digital product through a tool called the ARKonline™ wizard. This wizard allows you to easily select the different configurations (2 channel or 4 channel, specific transducers which can be created using the Modeler software) you want to be included in your product. The wizard will then construct a product DLL which can be downloaded. Before you can begin using the wizard you must first apply for a password by registering as an ARKonline™ user.
When all the steps outlined in the relevant "Getting Started ..." with are completed, use the IDS software included in ARKbase™ to configure the Hearing Instrument based on Gennum digital or programmable product.
The Cal/Config also included in ARKbase™ can be used to support your manufacturing needs.
If you are developing fitting software please download the ARKsdk™ and ARKfit™ packages.
